One hundred incredible days were spent on the road and on the sea, while visiting the USA during the 2009 Grand American Raid of Donnavventura.
Leaving the US Virgin Islands by catamaran, the newly-appointed team of travel reporters sailed across the wondrous Caribbeans, discovering many different cultures, traditions, sights and people. After a brief, but intense stay in lovely Bahamas, the team landed in Miami and boarded their blazing-red Mitsubishi 4x4 vehicles, already roaring for true adventures on the road.
Later on the caravan drove along the East Coast, visiting Florida, Georgia, South and North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New England, Massachussetts and Vermont; not to mention Washington D.C., Philadelphia and the very city of New York. From water slides to ice skating, the team had the time of their lives while exploring so many different places on the US mainland. Then it was time to travel to Canada and look for the most beautiful autumn shades in Qučbec, as well as majestic bears and whales in the San Lorenzo river.
The Niagara waterfalls thunderously celebrated the arrival of the expedition and the end of the 2009 Donnavventura Grand Raid.
